The Exhibits Committee invites you to the Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MAC/MLA) from October 28 – 30, 2018 at the Princess Royale Hotel, Ocean City, MD. Your audience will be medical librarians and health information professionals from North Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania and surrounding regions.
Exhibits will be open on Sunday, October 28th from 4:00-6:00p and Monday, October 29th from 8:00a-4:30p. Exhibitors are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, Monday Roundtable Lunch, Dine-Arounds, presentations, and poster sessions to network with attendees. Beverage and snack breaks will occur near the exhibit areas to draw additional traffic.

Gold: $1,500 Silver: $1,000
