Base fee:
  • Regular Exhibitor fee includes a full meeting registration for one representative. Table/booth space includes: 6’x30" draped table, 2 chairs (additional chairs available upon request) and Wi-Fi. Power will be available at each table. All meals and breaks provided as part of the conference. ADDITIONAL EXHIBITORS CAN BE REGISTERED HERE for $175/ea. ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIPS/ADVERTISING OPTIONS AVAILABLE
  • This registration option is for those Exhibitors who have registered previously but need to add additional representatives.
  • Platinum Sponsorship includes: Priority exhibit location selection; first come, first serve selection to sponsor an event (e.g., meals, keynotes, poster session); 5-minute talk; free 2nd exhibitor; 4 free digital ads; large logo in online program & post-conference attendee communication; meeting appreciation announcement; social media acknowledgement; post-conference attendee contact list
  • Gold Sponsorship includes: Secondary exhibit location selection; 3-minute talk; 2 free digital ads; medium logo in online program & post-conference attendee communication; meeting appreciation announcement; social media acknowledgement; post-conference attendee contact list
  • Silver Sponsorship includes: 1 free digital ad; small online program logo; meeting appreciation announcement; social media acknowledgement
  • This registration option is for those who ONLY WANT TO ADVERTISE via a digital slide and either do not plan to exhibit at the conference, or have already registered to exhibit and want to add a slide as advertisement. If you still need to sign up to exhibit and/or sponsor, you must register using one of the other options.

The Exhibits Committee is pleased to invite you to the in-person Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MAC/MLA) from October 19-21, 2025 in Baltimore, MD at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Hotel. This meeting will bring together highly engaged medical librarians and health information professionals from the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and other nearby regions to celebrate our professional accomplishments.

Exhibits will be open on Sunday, October 19 from 5:30-7:30p (Opening Reception) and Monday, October 20 from 8:00a-4:00p.

The $750 exhibitor fee includes: meeting registration for 1 representative, a 6' x 30" draped table, 2 chairs (additional chairs available upon request) and WiFi. Power will be available at each table. All meals and breaks provided as part of the conference.

Additional representatives may be added for $175 each. Note: Platinum sponsors receive free registration for a second representative.  

We're offering three sponsorship levels this year.

   Platinum: $2,500    Gold: $1,500    Silver: $750

Sponsorship requires a separate registration and the fees are in addition to the $750 exhibitor fee. If you plan to exhibit and sponsor, that will require registration for both events.

In addition to sponsorship, please also consider supporting MAC by: 

  • Donating a raffle basket or making a monetary donation to support the MAC Scholarship Fund
  • Donating raffle prizes for a game where attendees visit all exhibitor tables
