The MAC/MLA '25 Annual Meeting Planning Committee is pleased to invite you to Spice Up the Library! at the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MAC/MLA) from October 19-21, 2025 in Baltimore, MD.

We hope you can make time to enjoy Baltimore’s stunning harbor views, award-winning dining options, vibrant arts and cultural scene, and unique attractions including The National Aquarium, the American Visionary Arts Museum, the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History and Culture, and the Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine.

Hotel accommodations are available at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court, offering a prime location on Baltimore’s famous Inner Harbor. Learn more about the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court and book your room using the information from the Annual Meeting Website.

Registration prices for the MAC/MLA '25 Annual Meeting have been set to provide the best rate and ensure organizational budget stability. The rates mark a continuance of the costs associated with hosting an all in-person meeting and we are working to ensure the best experience possible for all attendees. We would like to thank the generous contributions of our vendor sponsors and exhibitors who have helped offset meeting costs.

This year, the Professional Development Committee has worked to create three continuing education options for MAC/MLA - two of which will occur virtually prior to the meeting in Baltimore. One CE will be offered in-person on Sunday, Oct. 19. More about this year's CE offerings are available on the Annual Meeting Website.

The Annual Meeting Planning Committee is working to create a robust program including keynote speakers to be announced soon. Time will be reserved at the Annual Meeting to feature the work of our colleagues through papers, lightning talks, and poster presentations, along with opportunities to reconnect through networking sessions. Consider submitting your content today! Additionally, time will be provided for attendees to engage with exhibitors and sponsors. Please register by October 3rd to help us finalize in-person registration for the event.

Be sure to check the MAC/MLA '25 Annual Meeting Website for more meeting details and updated information.

See you in October!
