The Exhibits Committee is pleased to invite you to the in-person Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MAC/MLA) from October 15–17, 2023 in Pittsburgh, PA at the Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh. This meeting will bring together highly engaged medical librarians and health information professionals from the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and other nearby regions to celebrate our professional accomplishments.
Exhibits will be open on Sunday, October 15 from 5:30-7:30p. (Opening Reception) and Monday, October 16 from 8:00a-4:00p.
The $750 exhibitor fee includes: meeting registration for 1 representative, a 6' x 30" draped table, 1 chair, and WiFi. Meals are included. Additional representatives may be added for $175 each.
We're offering three sponsorship levels this year.
Platinum: $2,000 Gold: $1,000 Silver: $500
Sponsorship requires a separate registration and the fees are in addition to the $750 exhibitor fee. If you plan to exhibit and sponsor, that will require registration for both events.
