Guaranteed power to your table available for $65. Vendors must provide power strip. ADDITIONAL EXHIBITORS can be registered here using the ADD GUEST option.
  • Silver Exhibitor fee includes a full meeting registration and meals for one representative. Table/booth space includes: 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Half page ad in program and recognition at a sponsored break or program session included. Guaranteed power to your table available for $65. Vendors must provide power strip. ADDITIONAL EXHIBITORS can be registered here using the ADD GUEST option.
  • Gold Exhibitor fee includes a full meeting registration and meals for one representative. Table/booth space includes: 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Full page ad in program, 7-minute showcase, and recognition at a sponsored activity included. Guaranteed power to your table available for $65. Vendors must provide power strip. ADDITIONAL EXHIBITORS can be registered here using the ADD GUEST option.
  • This registration option is for those Exhibitors who have registered previously but need to add additional representatives.

Online Registration is Now Open!

The Exhibits Committee is pleased to invite you to the Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MAC/MLA) from October 18 – 20, 2020 at the Hotel Monaco in Pittsburgh, PA. This meeting will bring together highly engaged medical librarians and health information professionals from North Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania.

Exhibits will be open Sunday, October 18th from 5:30-7:00p and Monday, October 19th from 7:00a-5:00p. The exhibit hall will be located in the Hotel Monaco's Sofia Ballroom. Exhibitors are welcome to network with attendees at Sunday's Welcome Reception, breakfast and lunch on Monday, and all presentation and poster sessions.

We are offering three levels of sponsorship this year

        Gold: $1500    Silver: $1200    Bronze: $750

Additional exhibitors are welcome to attend for a fee of $200 per person.

Silver and Gold sponsorships underwrite partial expenses for specific events. If your company is interested in providing a generous contribution to solely underwrite expenses for an event, we have options ranging from $1000-$5000.
