The Exhibits Committee is pleased to invite you to the in-person Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MAC/MLA) from October 23–25, 2022 in Richmond, VA at the Omni Richmond Hotel. This meeting will bring together highly engaged medical librarians and health information professionals from the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and other nearby regions to celebrate our professional accomplishments.
Exhibits will be open on Sunday, October 23 from 5:30-8p. (Opening Reception) and Monday, October 24 from 8a-6:30p.
The $750 exhibitor fee includes: meeting registration for 1 representative, a 6' x 30" draped table, 1 chair, electricity, and WiFi. Additional representatives may be added for $175 each.
We're offering three sponsorship levels this year.
Platinum: $2,000 Gold: $1,000 Silver: $500
Sponsorship requires a separate registration and the fees are in addition to the $750 exhibitor fee. If you plan to exhibit and sponsor, that will require registration for both events.

To ensure the best possible outcomes for the health and safety of all attendees during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Annual Meeting Planning Committee created a well-informed set of Health and Safety Guidelines which include required vaccines and nose and mouth masking at all times during the event. Attestation of reviewing and following the Health and Safety guidelines will be required in order to complete registration for the annual meeting. Please review the Health and Safety Guidelines and the Annual Meeting Attendance Agreement prior to registration.
