Base fee:
  • Regular Exhibitor fee includes a full meeting registration for one representative. Table/booth space includes: 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, electricity, and Wi-Fi Internet access. Exhibitors must provide their own power strips. ADDITIONAL EXHIBITORS CAN BE REGISTERED HERE. SPONSORSHIP/ADVERTISING OPTIONS ALSO AVAILABLE.
  • This registration option is for those Exhibitors who have registered previously but need to add additional representatives.
  • This registration option is for those who ONLY WANT TO SPONSOR OR ADVERTISE and do not plan to exhibit at the Conference. If you plan to exhibit and sponsor/advertise, you must register using one of the other options.

The Exhibits Committee invites you to the 63rd Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MAC/MLA) from October 18 – 20, 2015 at the Doubletree by Hilton Asheville-Biltmore in Asheville, NC. Your audience will be medical librarians and health information professionals from North Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania and surrounding regions.   

Exhibits will be open on Sunday, October 18th from 3:00-5:00p and Monday, October 19th from 8:00a-4:30p. Exhibitors are invited to network with attendees on Sunday at 6:00p for the Welcome Reception at the Grand Bohemian Hotel (near the Doubletree) or during any other meeting activities (Roundtable Luncheon, Dine-Arounds, presentations, poster sessions, Tech Symposium, Makerspaces).

To ensure Exhibit area traffic, each attendee will receive a passport game contest card with exhibit booth numbers and a blank space for exhibitor stamps. Completed passports will be entered into a drawing for prizes. If you would like to donate a prize, please contact Irene Lubker at imlubker@vcu.edu. Beverage and snack breaks will be served near the Exhibit areas as well.

Below are the different levels of sponsorship we are offering:

Event: 2,500  Platinum: $2,000  Gold: $1,000  Silver: $500

There will be no printed program this year, so we are also offering opportunities to advertise in a rotating PowerPoint display, shown during breaks, for $100 per slide/advertisement. PowerPoint slides should be in a 16:9 aspect ratio and must be emailed to gaukh@vcu.edu by Tuesday, September 30, 2015.
